Shipping to the EU, Norway, Switzerland, USA, Canada, Australia, & New Zealand is untracked as standard. If you are ordering from any of these territories and would like your order to be sent via a tracked and insured method of shipping, please add a note to your order and we will be in touch via email to arrange payment of additional shipping costs.
Shipping to the UK and Rest of the World is all Tracked as standard.
EU orders may incur additional Customs/VAT charges which the customer is liable for. These are set at the discretion of the receiving country and not within our control.
If your order is sent untracked, we can not provide any tracking information. We can provide proof of postage upon request for every order sent untracked, but any losses or damages in transit are not our responsibility. If you are concerned about orders not arriving, it is your responsibility to request and pay for tracked and insured postage.
If your order is above 2kg, it will have to go via courier. We are only able to enter one rate for each territory into the Bandcamp settings, so we will contact you regarding excess shipping costs if your order is over 2kg and needs to go via courier.
